Performer: Live show dates performed average performance fee per date
Songwriter: Airplay or record sales for each song in catalog royalty rate per performance or record sold
Agent: Show dates booked for each artists average commission $ per date booked
Manager: Represented artist average commission $ based on artists total earnings (performers fees, royalties, merchandising, etc.)
Promoter: Show dates or events presented average ticket sales per show (ticket price x paid attendance)
Music Publishing: The business of music publishing remains what it has always been: the ownership, promotion and administration of songs.
ASCAP, BMI and SESAC: Their function is to charge licensing fees to a variety of sources which use publicly performed music, including radio stations, television stations, concert halls and nightclubs. Most of the money received by performing rights societies is paid to songwriters and publishers

Commercials - SAG: A television commercial that falls under the casting jurisdiction of the Screen Actors Guild. Non-Union actors are frequently hired for SAG commercials, thus securing union status. All talent considered for these projects.
Commercials - Non-SAG: A commercial either with (AFTRA) or non-union status. All are eligible.

Dance Live Shows: ALL APPROPRIATE TALENT ELIGIBLE.
Dance Filmed Recorded: Appropriate ability and union requirements apply.

Episodic TV SAG: A television program that falls under the casting jurisdiction of the Screen Actors Guild a program shot on film i.e. CSI, Cold case, Malcolm in the middle, etc. Only SAG members are eligible.
Episodic TV Pilots: A single episode of a television series produced for the purpose of selling a series to a network and securing a broadcast slot, Union and non-union talent eligible.
Episodic TV AFTRA: A TELEVISION PROGRAM THAT FALLS UNDER THE CASTING JURISDICTION OF THE American Federation of the Television and Radio Artists a program recorded on videotape i.e. soap operas, some sit-coms. AFTRA is an open union all are eligible for AFTRA projects but must join if cast.
Episodic TV Non-Union: While SAG and AFTRA talent are urged not to apply, all appropriate talent is considered.

Feature Film SAG: A FILM FOR THEATRICAL OR HOME VIEWING DISTRIBUTION THAT FALLS UNDER THE CASTING JURISDICTION OF THE Screen Actors Guild. Non-union actors are occasionally hired for SAG films, thus securing union status. All talent considered for these projects.
Feature Film Student Films: A film produced at a college or film school. While SAG restrictions apply, all talent is considered.
Feature Film Non-SAG: While SAG members are urged not to apply, all appropriate talent is considered.
Feature Film- Short Film Projects: A film or video project whose final length will be less than 75 minutes. SAG restrictions apply, but all are considered.
Feature Film Documentaries: SAG restrictions apply, but all are considered.

Infomercials: A ½ to 1-hour paid advertising program. AFTRA restrictions apply, but all are considered.
Industrial & Training Films Union: No-broadcast film or videos produced by companies or organizations. Union restrictions apply.
Internet: Projects intended for internet use, only. No union restrictions apply.
Industrial & Training Films Non-Union: Non-broadcast films or vides produced by companies or organizations. Union restrictions apply to union members, but all are considered.

Modeling Runway: Fashion modeling for live events. All appropriate talent considered.
Modeling Hair & Cosmetics: Shows featuring hairstyles and make-up products. All appropriate talent considered.
Modeling- Print: Advertising and catalog use, billboards, brochures, etc. All appropriate talent considered.
Music Vides: No union restrictions apply, all appropriate talent considered.

Theatre Union: Live theatrical presentations whose casting falls under the jurisdiction of Actors Equity Association. Non AEA members are eligible to audition, but at later times that union members.
Trade Shows-Live Events-Promotional Modeling: Various live events, all appropriate talent considered.
